It’s been awhile and we have a lot of exciting progress to share from our last few releases! Our latest release brings improvements in user experience, infrastructure, and security, and our team has been working behind the scenes to ensure ease of use for all of our customers.

Project Import via CSV Upload

Users can create a new project by uploading a CSV file. The revamped upload process performs a validation check prior to attempting the import, shows better error messing, and exposes the status of the upload process to the user.

Admin Panel

Admin users have access to an Admin Panel which offers the option to change other user statuses.

Add Images in Item Description

Inserting and saving an image in an item's description is now possible in the new Frontend.

• Fixed Table View description not updating

Release 2023.2.1

• Added CSV import to New Project creation
• Improved workflow and better validation to inform user of any issues with the CSV file prior to attempting to import into the system.
• Enabled sorting in Table View for ID and Name.
• Fixed item Review statuses not rendering properly.
• Fixed a bug where moved ActionTypes were not properly rendering.

Release 2023.2.2

• Once an item has been provided feedback (Approved, Rejected, Abstained) it will no longer be listed in the review section on the front page
• Improved sorting of items within the actual project structure
• Update requirement with no downstream items to not default to “verified”
• Fix intermittent blank screen issues
• CSV Import improvements including additional verification steps, status updates, and improved workflow
• Improved updating of data in table view and single item view as changes are made by the local user or other users
